Can I trust Tropic Aero?
Tropic Aero has been in business for over 25 years. We have always offered customers the best service available at the lowest prices. Our reputation for providing excellent service has grown with our customer base. Our growth shows that we are committed to our customers and We rely heavily on word of mouth advertising.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be billed on the day of shipment. If a backorder is expected on your product, we will wait until the order is ready to ship before we charge the credit card.

What is your policy for buying used GPS units?
As long as your unit is currently being accepted for trade ins and is in complete working condition with all of its accessories we will accept your trade. We can give you credit on your trade towards the purchase of a new unit, or we can issue a check for an outright purchase on your unit. (All units subject to a bench check, and must have all standard factory accessories.)

What Handheld units are you currently accepting for trades?
We are currently accepting all new production models. All units are subject to a bench check, and must be returned with all standard accessories for full trade in value. Because trade-in values change frequently, you should call us at 1-888-280-9272 for the most up to date trade-in information.

What happens if I don't like what I ordered?

What if I ordered the wrong item?

What if I was shipped the wrong item?
If the wrong item was packaged to you, please call our customer service line to allow us to correct the problem. 1-888-280-9272

What if the product I ordered is defective?
If the product you ordered is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, please call us immediately. A Return Authorization number will be issued so that we can offer a replacement unit. If the unit is more than 30 days old, the factory warranty will be in effect. Please call our service number to obtain phone numbers for the factory. 1-954-491-6355

What if the something is missing out of the kit that I ordered?
Please inspect your kit thoroughly to make sure the item isn't hidden within the packing material. If an item is missing, please call our customer service line and we will ensure that you receive that missing item. 1-888-280-9272

What happens if I lost my invoice and I have a problem with a unit?
Tropic Aero keeps copies of all invoices. If a factory needs a copy of an invoice for warranty, please call our service line and we will fax a copy of your invoice to you. 1-954-491-6355

Does Tropic Aero match all advertised prices?
We do the very best we can to match all prices of our competitors, within reason. Tropic Aero strives to beat the prices of our competitors, however there are some cases where this is just not possible.

What if I order an item from you that Tropic Aero Advertises for a different price?
Because prices fluctuate so rapidly we are somtimes forced to change our prices both up and down. Tropic Aero reserves the right to change prices without notice, which may sometimes be in conflict with current advertisements.
